Specifications:

• 1836 square feet tenant finish with seating capacity for 66 in an existing building.
• Additional seating for 30 on outdoor patio
• Work included commercial kitchen, dining area, service area, patio and public restrooms
• The grease interceptor was located in a crowded parking lot. All work was performed in the evening to accommodate the daily traffic. This work included jack hammering due Boulder's hard clay and rock.
• The space provided for no storage. Accurate scheduling of material deliveries was imperative.
• Services provided - General Contractor
