Specifications:
- 4,000 sq. foot addition and remodel to existing small office built in the 1980’s
- Unique challenge of creating seamless visual flow from old to new
- Completed to owner specifications on time and on budget
- Work included two private offices and a workroom set off of a large reception area with 2 courtesy officer desks and seating for residents and guests. Conjoined with the reception area is a club house with a residents’ lounge and kitchen, and a well equipped business center. Adjacent to the office/reception area is a fitness center and health facility with a tanning room and men’s and women’s restrooms. Outdoor features include a sundeck, barbecue grills, picnic areas and a swimming
pool.
