Specifications:

• 250 sq. foot public park improvement
• Completed to specifications of the City of
  Brighton on time and on budget
• The Project consisted of the construction
  of a block restroom, a prefabricated metal
  picnic shelter, electric lighting, and a concrete
  plaza. Also, a new sanitary sewer
  service line was installed; bringing water
  to the building from an existing water service,
  and the existing electrical service
  was relocated to the restroom building.
