Specifications:

• 15,400 square feet of renovated historic Colorado Army National Guard building built in 1921
  
• 4,600 square feet addition to the front façade of building
  
• This project posed many challenges. We utilized the existing basement to house all of the new mechanical equipment so that the historic barrel roof could be maintained and removed a portion of the foundation wall to be able to place the HVAC units in the building. Removing honey bees from structural block is not a common task in a construction schedule and created a unique twist to the project.
