Specifications:
- 3,000 Sq. Foot Ground Built Medical Plaza
- Unique challenge of meeting current the needs of two different practices while allowing for future use by other medical disciplines as growth of the geographic populous dictates
- Completed to physician specifications on time and on budget
- Work included five exam rooms, an ultrasound room, a procedure room, a pediatric scales area, and two private doctors’ offices that are practice specific. Shared areas included a waiting room to accommodate OBGYN and Pediatrics patients, a
lab, a secure pharmacy closet, a vitals area, public restrooms, a break room and private restrooms
