Specifications:
- Project consists of tenant finish work in approximately 2,500 usable square feet of space on the second floor of an existing building
- The medical facility included one pediatric and three general exam rooms, lab, minor procedures room, restrooms, waiting and reception area, and physician and administrative offices
- The work was completed to physician specifications on time and on budget
