Specifications:

  • 2,062 sq. foot dental tenant finish
  • High-end dental office with 6 chairs and state-of-the-art fixtures and equipment
  • Features curved soffit that is mirrored below with flooring
  • Unique challenge for this project included running the plumbing underneath the floor which had to be installed
    after business hours through the ceiling of the first floor tenant
