Specifications:

• 1,543 sq. foot dental surgery tenant finish on the first floor of a two-story building
• Premier dental office with three chairs and state-of-the-art fixtures and equipment
• Demolition was a major challenge as water piping, sewer, medical gas, vacuum, and electrical were located in walls that were demolished. BVB General Contractors had to ensure that live lines remained in operation and were not damaged during the process.
