BVB General Contractors Builds New Office

BVB General Contractors (BVB) reached a large company milestone with completion of our new building in September. With BVB's growth over the past few years, the former 2,000 square foot office could no longer accommodate our expanding staff. The new building is tilt up construction and many of you witnessed this at our tilt-up party in June as the crane lifted our final panel to the sky and perfectly into place. BVB is occupying 60% of the new 20,000 square foot facility and plans to lease the remaining portion. If anyone knows of a potential tenant, please have them contact James.
BVB took the lead on this project as the Developer, Owner and Design-Build Contractor. BVB Owner Dan Brown states "I was very happy with our design-build process on our new office building. Everyone's needs were taken into consideration to give us a very functional and aesthetic looking office. Our new space really shows our commitment to Brighton and gives us the space needed to grow as a Brighton based General Contractor."

The new facility has an open reception area with a staircase wrapping around that leads into a large conference room. The estimating and project management team occupies the first floor with business development and our field staff our second floor. The convenience of showers and lockers have been provided. In addition, we are now able to store all of our tools, equipment and supplies in one organized warehouse. Prior to the completion of the building, our equipment was stored at three separate locations.
