Smashburger at Western Center - This project was a tenant finish in an existing building consisting of approximately 2,030 square feet. The project also included installation of a commercial kitchen, dining area, service area, and restrooms. Even though BVB General Contractors had to redesign the entire mechanical system and grease interceptor installation, they completed the work within six weeks.

Kiddy Academy Child Care Learning Center in Brighton is a prototype concept to be built by BVB General Contractors, Inc. Kiddie Academy is a state-of-the-art child care center whose focus is on the welfare, security, and develop- ment of the child. It offers care for up to 168 children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.

BVB honored for Hughes Station/Almost Home Leasing Office
BVB renovated a historic 100 year old dairy building in downtown Brighton into a leasing office for the Hughes Station Apartments, an affordable housing complex owned by Almost Home. Inc. Bleeker Vigesaa performed interior demolition of the building to bare walls, and completely reconstructed the interior as well as repairing the building’s exterior.
